I find myself at 28-50 talking to Executive Chef Ben Miller about the effects of Josper ovens on the cleaning frequencies of the extract system.
So far, so dull. (Essential, but not fascinating).
Due to a cancelled appointment, I find myself asking Ben if I can get a seat for lunch. The answer is yes. The food is brilliant (this is Mayfair and the 3-course lunch menu is £20!!), the service is fantastic and to top it off Ben has just paid for my lunch! (Thank you, Ben!)
It doesn’t happen every day, but when it does it makes the other days well worth it
