Meet Diggory Orr-Ewing from Leiths Cookery School in London. Founded by Prue Leith in 1975 (before she was on the telly!), the school provides professional cookery courses and classes, teaching solid cooking skills with top-of-the-range equipment and fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
The professional kitchens used at Leiths require a professional standard of cleaning, and we’ve been working with them since 2012 to provide deep cleaning of their training kitchens and duct work.
Leiths get a visit from the Pro-Duct Clean team every three weeks for thorough hygiene cleans, ensuring that their kitchens and equipment are kept their very best for their cookery sessions. These sessions begin in the morning, continue through the afternoon and carry on all the way to the evening.
Everyone at Pro-Duct Clean enjoys working with Diggory. He’s a great bloke with high standards for the cookery school and he’s succinct in articulating these standards.
Being both fun and driven in his role, Diggory has been at Leiths for many years now, working his way up through the prestigious organisation with diligence and intelligence, all of which he applies with pragmatism and charm.
Of course, we can’t forget Tom, our supervisor who ran the Leiths job. Tom has run this clean, which is probably our most challenging in terms of logistics, perfectly. Before our first meeting with Diggory, we surveyed the site to set expectations. Tom and I then put a schedule in place which was essential for the smooth organisation of the job. Ever since then, Tom has continued to run the job managing 30 members of staff effortlessly, so Leiths is always ready to provide classes and courses in a professional environment. Thanks Tom!
