The professionals you can trust to clean your ducts. Friendly and approachable, our team take pride in their work and are committed to doing a darn good job for you.
Since seeing the industry up close for the first time 20 years ago, it has been Nigel’s mission to bring the best levels of customer service to a crucial and niche arena.
He is driven by two things: exceptional customer service, business elegance, and smooth systems that make PdC a pleasure to deal with.
PdC is now seen as the industry benchmark for service and standards. Nigel continues to strive for excellence and improvement, he is often heard muttering “If you don’t evolve, you fall off your perch”.
Nigel is passionate about his staff and their well-being, and champions a collaborative family vibe within the company.
His Glaswegian wit keeps people on their toes day-to-day, and there is no mistaking the passion he has to continue to grow the business, and to innovate in this very niche and important area.
Maria has her finger on the pulse of most aspects of PdC, having touched nearly every part during her time at the company—everybody needs a Maria in the office.
Outside PdC Maria is a Nanna of four and likes to keep up with friends, family and the Moto GP where she takes a keen interest in The Doctor… (aka Valentino Rossi, he’s an absolute legend on the circuit!). If Maria could really use her chosen superpower of looking into the future, would the dreams of owning a motorbike and visiting Turks and Caicos Islands, where she could get that extra bit of sleep become a reality? We certainly hope so, it sounds wonderful. (Don’t forget your glasses)
Sarah is a Sales Administrator and consummate multitasker, she takes care of joining the dots for the clients and making sure the jobs complete without a hitch.
Living very near to the office, Sarah’s short commute allows her plenty of time for socialising with family and friends all week long. If she could have a superpower, it would be to time travel, so she can chat with family that are no longer here. We wonder what they might make of her mobile phone, which is never too far away.
In the future, we may see Sarah travelling across Europe in a camper van with her husband, Labrador…and her mobile phone.
Business Development Manager
A very experienced sales professional with many years under his belt with blue-chip companies – account and sales management.
With a glass half full attitude and a positive outlook, John enjoys everything he does including singing Sinatra in his spare time and is seldom down even during tortuous rounds of golf, which is more than we can say for those playing with him!
John is the father to 4 children, a fan of Brentford and he does love to chat, for god’s sake do not let him near a microphone!
Internal Sales Consultant
Robert is a member of the PdC sales team and helps to take care of booking in clients for their next clean.
Robert lives for his two amazing children and the adventures they have together, from rolling about at soft play, to building fortresses in the woods. If he could use his chosen superpower of ‘super speed’ for building camps, they could make a whole network.
Robert is a Spurs fan, loves chips and can’t live without his hairbands, and is a professional card thrower. A busy man away from PdC, keeping up with all of this, so his choice of superpower is very apt.
We can’t wrap this one without a mention of his impeccable dancing skills, yet to be witnessed by any of the team here, we can’t wait to see him in action at the local disco.
Sharon is one of our Sales Administrators here who supports the sales team and clients alike.
At weekends Sharon is a usually socialising with friends and family, enjoying her garden and walking the magnificent coastline we have. She longs to own a dog to take with her on her coastal strolls, perhaps they could share the much-loved roast beef with all the trimmings on the way home.
Stop press: Sharon can bend a wine glass using her fingers. This dwarfs all other facts we know about Sharon, it’s an incredible secret talent—we look forward to seeing it for ourselves.
