Senior Sales Administrator (Full-Time)

Primary Role Purpose:

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Liaise between BDMs & Operatives
  • Produce perfect Post Clean Reports
  • Book Repeat Business
  • Sales Pipeline Liaison

 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Send & Chase Quotation Acceptable Forms & Associated Invoice
    • Booking Repeat Business
    • Creating & sending acceptance forms and associated paperwork to customers following instruction of booking
  • Manage Job Paperwork & Certificates and Draft Post Clean Reports
    • Creating job paperwork & certificates for all booked jobs
    • Drafting any required Post Clean Reports for all jobs
  • Manage Photo & Video Inspection 
    • Produce perfect post clean reports for customers
  • Customer Services
    • Managing customer service satisfaction levels
    • Calling customers weekly prior to booked job visits
    • Processing customer credit/debit card payments
  • Monitoring Sales Pipeline & Advising BDMs
    • Using ACT database to work with opportunities with and on behalf of the BDMs and MD
  • Any Other Reasonable Duties
    • Constant evolution of role and career

 

Salary:

Up to £35k
