Part Time Senior Administrator

We are looking for remarkable administrators to join our growing business. If accuracy, attentiveness and perfection score highly on your agenda, this role could be for you.

Duties include:

To manage job paperwork including: pro forma invoicing, checking accurate details and information is submitted for job paperwork, creation and sending of certificates and post clean reports. Accurate updating of systems and notes post clean. Management of photo and video inspections and paperwork. Aspire to achieve top-level customer satisfaction every time.

Stores Manager

Are you a born organiser? Then this role could be for you. Keep the stores itemised, in-stock and under control. The role includes:

– Stock ordering for consumables
– Issue stock to operatives
– Communicate with sales admin and operatives to ensure the right stock is available for each job
– Order new stock and equipment as required
– Keep up-to-date detailed stock record
– IT and software skills are a must along with your excellent organising skills.

Internal Sales Executive

Working alongside Sales Administrators and Internal Sales, you will be a key member of the Sales team, working in a fast-paced environment with responsibility to reach and exceed repeat and new business sales targets. As an experienced target driven telephone salesperson you will manage and develop commercial accounts, improving client revenue, volume, and gross margins. You will take inbound calls from sales prospects, and are also expected to make proactive, outbound calls to develop sales to existing and new clients and prepare quotations. Fleet Manager

This vital role is to maintain efficiency of our fleet and keep our operatives on the road. It is suitable for someone who has experience of mobile workers, stores management and fleet management.

Regular equipment checks ensure safety and efficiency on site – as well as lower costs or disruptions associated with accidents and potential fines. The role includes:

– Liaising with van leads – regular check-ins with van leads to audit the vehicles, and equipment on the van.
– Organising maintenance – scheduled or emergency, vehicle or equipment
– Record keeping – mostly electronic record keeping, although there will likely be some physical copies of legal and vehicle documents involved.
– People skills are key to this essential role
