Customer Service Administrator - £22k - £25k

Our fast-growing company is looking for experienced (3 years) Customer Service administrator to join our East Bergholt-based team, with a salary of up to £25k DOE.

You will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out our morning routine, using sage, sending invoices, daily reports to clients. vehicle tracking.
  • Scheduling our 24/7 teams accurately and intelligently.
  • To maintain good working relationships with our clients
  • Work closely with all departments.
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Effective communication with colleagues to ensure understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained.
  • Processing a high volume of product and customer orders.
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Taking phone calls from customers and communicating internally important feedback.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
  • Report promptly and accurately to our clients.
  • Maintain database.

Person Specification:

  • You will need at least 3 years previous experience in Customer Service Administration.
  • Highly organised and the ability multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise own workload.
  • Must be able to take initiative.
  • Previous experience in preparing customer reports.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent IT skills that include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email & Web) and Sharepoint awareness and experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of CRM Database System desirable.
  • The ability to learn new skills and understand the value of following and evolving a robust and proven process.
  • Results orientated.

    Credit Controller (PART TIME) - Up to £30k pro rata

    Pro-duct Clean Ltd is a growing service company in top tier of the hospitality sector looking for an accomplished/experienced Part-Time Credit Controller.

    We are a mature, growing business that uses an Invoice Discounting facility so experience of this with a persuasive and charming telephone manner are essential. Knowledge of issuing legal documents ideal when necessary.

    • Credit checks for new customers
    • Account Reconcillation
    • Problem Solving
    • Legal proceedings if necessary
    • Reduction in average cash collection days

    To be successful in your application, you will have at least:

    • 3 years Credit Control essential
    • Experience in working small company
    • Experience of SAGE 50, Xero essential
    • Knowlege of Credit Hound desirable
    • A desire to learn and succeed
    • Have great communication skills

    Full-Time Industrial Cleaning Operative

    Join our industrial services team in this full-time, PAYE role which will keep you busy and bring variation in your work life. If you are a practical team spirited person with a can-do attitude, then this role might just be what you are looking for. We offer a competitive salary between £23,000 – £38,000 per year as well as performance related bonuses and overtime opportunities. We require friendly and approachable operatives who are great at communicating and have an attentive 5* work ethic to ensure our customers receive our excellent services time and time again. There is no experience necessary and all training is provided.     About the role

    • Be able to work evenings, weekends and early mornings to fit with our structured shift pattern
    • Be able to assist with additional hours where required
    • Ensure the client contacts are treated professionally, in a polite and respectful manner
    • Effective communication with all members of the PdC team

    Salary: 23,000 – 38,000 per year

    Performance related bonuses and overtime opportunities available.
