Full-Time Industrial Cleaning Operative

Joining our industrial services team in this full-time, PAYE role will keep you busy and bring variation in your work life. If you are a practical team spirited person with a can-do attitude, this role is very rewarding, and might just be what you are looking for. We require friendly and approachable operatives who are great at communicating and have an attentive 5* work ethic to ensure our customers receive our excellent services time and again. About the role

  • Permanent, full-time PAYE with overtime
  • Long-term career progression available with a growing company
  • Training and tickets available for long-term employees
  • Shift work: structured shift pattern, two weeks days and two weeks nights

  • Site training such as CSCS
  • Knowledge of COSHH and chemical use
  • Fit and healthy
  • Driving licence
  • Live within a 40mile radius of our East Bergholt office
  • 1 year of industrial cleaning experience

Essential Criteria & Expectations

  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Be able to work evenings, weekends and early mornings to fit with our structured shift pattern
  • Be able to assist with additional hours where required
  • Ensure the client contacts are treated professionally, in a polite and respectful manner
  • Effective communication with all members of the PdC team

Salary: 23,000 – 38,000 per year

Performance related bonuses and overtime opportunities available.

Part-Time Stores Manager

Are you a born organiser? Then this role could be for you. This part-time role involves keeping the stores itemised, in-stock and under control. You’ll be responsible for liaising with our sales and customer services teams to ensure the right equipment is available, ordering and issuing stock to operatives, and servicing and repairs, to ensure  jobs  can be completed on schedule. You will have your finger on the pulse, be able to locate shared equipment and reallocate items as required across the operations team.

This essential role keeps our teams operational and customers satisfied. Experience in stock control or operations is desirable.

Part-Time Fleet Manager

This vital role is to maintain efficiency of our fleet and keep our operatives on the road. It is suitable for someone who has experience of mobile workers, stores management and fleet management. Your day-to-day will involve regular vehicle maintenance and equipment checks to ensure safety and efficiency on site, as well as  lowering costs or disruptions associated with accidents and potential fines. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills are essential, as you will be liaising with van leads and other team members regularly to coordinate checks and maintenance while minimising disruption to our services.
